1)The registration charges, coaching charges, professional service charges, one time deposit or any other charges paid by the Student/Applicant is non-transferable and non-refundable.
2)It is understood by the student & parents whether to accept or refuse an application and the discretion solely lies with the institution/universities in the respective country and The company cannot be held responsible in any manner whatsoever. No refunds or No credits either partial or full are applicable and the amount is paid directly to the concerned institutions in case of study overseas.
3)The amount paid by the student or by their parents is towards application fees for the universities, official score reporting, courier charges, WES charges if applicable, or any other fee or charges or incidental expenses is towards applying to the universities on behalf of the student and after the written consent.
4)The fee or charges are remitted on behalf of the student after written consent only. After giving written consent the student or parents cannot ask for Modifications, changes, alterations, deletions, or cancellations either partial or full are not allowed.
5)It is understood by the student and parents that no addition, no deletion, no modification, no alteration, no changes are allowed. Hence no claim, no return, no refund, and no compensation are allowed.
6)The fee paid by the student towards Test Prep or English Language Proficiency or IT skills or Any other service charges cannot be modified, altered, transferred or cancelled.
7) Non-Attendance of classes online, Blended learning, offline, classroom coaching, one on one batch is not applicable for refund.
8)In the event of Natural calamities, Acts of God, Epidemics or Pandemics the factors beyond our control fee paid by the student towards coaching for a specific course or courses is non-refundable.
9)It is understood by the student and parents that the fee paid to the company is towards a specific service as per the Terms & Conditions which were explained in detail and full and the student and parent have agreed to no return, no refund, no compensation and they will not claim nor complain nor proceed in any manner.
10)The registration charges, university shortlisting charges, professional service charges, one time deposit, coaching fee paid for Test prep, IT skills charges paid for value added services are non transferable and non refundable.
